Dear Humans in Oakland, California. I am 23 month old Jasper Wu. My birthday was coming up soon and I would have been two years old. Yesterday, November 6th, 2021 I was sleep in the car with my mommy coming from San Francisco riding on the 880 freeway when some bad people shot those stupid guns and one of the bullets went into my mommy car striking me around 20 PM. There was three other kids in the back seat who could have been shot also. My mommy was on her way home and didn't bother nobody. Police believe it was a gun fight between two other vehicles and the bullet hit me unintentionally. To read more follow lsupgunsdown_ on IG.
